First things first, get in touch! Whether that be via email or Instagram, reach out and request a copy of our quote form. Our quote form is flexible and easy to use, simply pop in the date and location of your event as well as your required quantities by product type to generate costings (please note this cost does not include delivery & collection). Alongside our quote form we’ll also share our FAQ file which covers off some common queries as well as a product guide to use in conjunction with our quote form to help bring your vision to life.
Schedule a call
Once you’ve sent our quote form back to us, we will always give the option to schedule a call to go through your requirements, discuss our T&Cs, talk you through next steps and logistics as well as offer any advice or guidance that you may not have considered.
Paperwork & deposit
In order to proceed to booking we’ll require a few things; a signed copy of our T&Cs agreement, 2x copies of photo ID as well as a 30% deposit to secure your date and stock.
Final payments
Between booking and your event date, we’ll always be available to support and answer any queries that crop up as well as being in touch a couple of times inline with payment schedule dates, we’ll require a further 30% 12 weeks before your event, and then the final balance, any delivery & collection fees as well as a 50% safety deposit 2 weeks before your event date.
Depending on whether you opt to collect from our Stockport address or utilise our delivery & collection service (fees apply), your hire product will be available to you 2 days before your event date.
Receive your products
We are a dry hire business only at this time, we don’t offer any sort of venue styling / set up, so its up to you to get your venue sparkling with our beautiful glassware. Eat, drink, party and enjoy – we’d love to see the photos of your guests enjoying our products!

After your event, it is your responsibility to ensure the glassware is packed away safely and as per instructions (will be provided). All our products are delivered in plastic totes and then each glassware item comes in a bubble wrap bag, they will need to be repacked the same way. If this is something the venue is going to do for you, then we recommend sharing our T&Cs and instructions with them.
Re-pack the glassware
After your event, if you opt for our delivery & collection service, then we’ll usually collect the hire products next day. If you have opted to collect and return yourself (or via a courier) to our Stockport address, then you have 2 days after your event to do so.

How it works...
Once we receive the hired product back, we will perform a stock & inventory check to count any losses / damages. Any lost / damaged stock will be charged at the replacement prices shown on the T&Cs form and deducted from your safety deposit before it is returned. We aim to return your safety deposit within 7 days of the goods returning to our possession.
